bl_extras

I like BL and JDramas. I've been a fan since the early 2000's but dropped out for several years. When I came back I found alot of the series I loved were hard to find. Now, when I can, I buy physical copies of things I enjoy so in when I'm in my eighties and things have disappeared, I can still enjoy my favorite shows.

I have amassed a fairly big collection of various boxsets. I fully and completely support legal streaming sites. and buying physical goods when you can. If you like BL or jdramas and want to see more the best way is support them on legal sites or buy them. If no one does then they won't get made simple as that. That being said Thai boxsets go OOP and then the extras just aren't available after that. Japanese boxsets aren't subbed and their extras even on English sub boxset never are subbed so I've decided to post the extras that most international viewers will never see unless they pay a extremely high price for product that doesn't have much value to them.

I'm trying to get a balance between sharing things and encouraging people to spend a little money on the shows themselves.

Ok, here is what is going in this journal.

Thai Boxsets

I will post video/audio inclusions from Thai boxsets that are OOP. Not just at GMMTV shop or one store but everywhere online. So basically, the older boxsets. If you can't buy it new and I, have it I will gradually post the extras.
I'm not posting anything that you can find on legal sites except for OSTS so the series themselves or say Love Is In the air special which still can be bought at Vimeo won't be posted.
I'm not going to post scans.
If requested I might post pics of the boxsets laid out in detail.

Japanese Boxsets/Movies

I will post extras out of Japanese boxsets if they are older than a year and don't come from boxsets that include English subs. Buy those boxset so they will include English subs in more of them!

Buy Boxsets if you can. The best way to get more boxsets of series you like is actually buy them. If you want to know where you can get you hand on them here is a handy spreadsheet that where tell you where you can buy the ones with English subtitles.

Fansubbers

I also will include a list of movies/tv shows that don't have an official release.
If you are a fansubber and want a copy I will rip it for you at whatever quality level you ask for. All I ask for is a copy of the softsubs for myself to use with my physical copy.
I'm not a video encoder and don't have time to learn but I do have handbrake, Dvd Fab and WinX to rip discs. You can give me specific on bitrate and such or I can just use one of the general formats from the software.

Movies & ExtrasI think most of these have all been subbed at some point. I do have the dvds/blurays so if you want them for resubbing in a different language or a higher quality than is out there I will rip them for you.
